Loreal Contest: The Next Beauty Guru

About 2 weeks ago, I saw that Loreal was in search of the next YouTube Beauty Guru. Since I have been saying for the last 2 years or so that I was going to master the art of making my own video tutorials, I thought this may be a good time to start.

You may have seen a few of the other videos that I have posted on the channel. Those were a few that I used for practice. This is SO outside my skill set, I have no idea how to record or edit video. I was terrified. But I had my mind made up that I would create something and I would submit it.

So, I learned (at least this much) real quick. Tomorrow is the deadline for entry so technically, I am ahead by 1 day.

Oh, and the rules for this video were that it had be shorter than 4 minutes. You can only imagine how stressed I was about that. I mean, I have so much to tell you and they want me to do it in 4 minutes! Well, fine, I did it. And I promise that I will do a follow up post breaking down the products with step by step instructions.
