#3 Action Packed!
My schedule is non-traditional and kind of flip flopped. While most people LOVE the end of the week, this is the wildest time of all for me. Since I love what I do, it makes it worth it. Last weekend I worked on a TV show, a huge wedding, a music video in a 36 hour span. Yes, insane, but I love it.
#3.
#4. LEGWARMERS
Yep, that is last Saturday night. Not 1986. Best use of blue eyeshadow. I think so! PS- my leg warmers are neon green. I wouldnt want you to miss that.

#5. I think they are following me (and I like it!)
Cane's opened at LSU my freshman year. Its was a really big deal when the 2nd location opened on the other side of campus because that meant the wait wouldn't be as long. When I moved to Dallas, they moved their company headquarters there. Before we left on our journey to Richmond, we went to Cane's on the way out of town for our last dose of the sauce. I just found out last week that they opened one on VCU's campus. Yesterday was a rough day so I am glad that I got this treat!

We voted again! Jane Fonda would be mighty jealous of your fitness ensemble.
ReplyDeleteFirst off, I'm so jealous that you now have a Cane's; I crave that sauce. Second, I really love the High 5 Friday posts! And finally, good luck on the contests! I wish I could vote more than once for the Smashbox one!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the votes on both (the Smashbox which ends Monday and the Video Blogger, we have 17 days on). Can you believe that I ran around all over town like that? Probably, but anyway. These leotards and high tops are fabulous for expressing yourself thru the art of dance!
ReplyDeleteThat blue eye shadow is amazing; I'm so proud to be a child of the 80s. ;) Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I know, I am so glad that people love 80s parties because I wasn't old enough to wear this much makeup then but I remember my mom and her friends with their big hair and shoulder pads...Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteBlue eye shadow is definitely taking me back to the early years of dance recitals. As for the leg warmers - well we won't go there. ;) I voted! xoxo
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan! I really appreciate your votes. I think I am starting a pretty solid leg warmer collection. Its getting out of control.
ReplyDeleteBlue eye shadow was very popular in 80s. It's really great. It's remember me of my 19th birthday at columbia mo when a makeup artist suggest me for that one.
ReplyDeleteWe had a Cane's at Ohio State when I was in college there. SO GOOD! I miss it so much!
ReplyDeleteRIght! I think they went to OU from LSU (because I saw it on TV once when that guy who did the McDonald documentary had that show 30 days on FX), I lived in LA at the time and I was dying! I think their business model is to hit college campuses, which is genius!
ReplyDeleteawesome! YAY FOR FRIDAY HIGH FIVES!!! and leg warmers are the best.
ReplyDeletelove your 80's wear! : ) and I have never heard of Cane's before - sounds like I am missing out!
ReplyDeleteI voted for both! I hope you win!! I loved the Smashbox video, so great! I want to be just like you when I "grow up" hahah! Good luck Em! XOX!
ReplyDeleteOh, man! I LOVE Cane's! It's definitely the sauce. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Keep the dream alive Kelley <3 Every vote counts! Vote thru FB and the blog for 2 votes on Smashbox, then as many times as you can for the Video Bloger awards.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comment on my blog yesterday! When I clicked on your blog I couldn't believe it - you were in the workshop photo shoot with Katelyn James!! I'm from VA and know her through a friend of a friend... it is too wild that we both linked up to the same link party! Small world!
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a great weekend :)
