My pal, Lindsay from LK Events and Design informed me that she saw on Pinterest a way to make your own Magic Shell. Well, we had to try it and let me tell you, it was a super success! Which is great because if you have ever read the ingredients on real Magic Shell, you will never eat it again. This was coconut oil and chocolate chips, and it was amazing!
#2. Date Night
Last Saturday night, my husband and I had an impromptu date night. You know, one of those really fun ones where you fly by the seat of your pants like you have only been dating for a month. I consider that a success! Especially when I get to wear hot shoes and have wonderful food/drinks.
#3. I heart (my) hair.
I had been hating on my hair for awhile, and while I do think a makeover (remember this video) is in my near future, I have a short term change of heart. Originally, the magic brush give away post required instagram photos for an entry (I changed that), so I was posting some fun hair pics to get the party started. That was fun. Oh, by the way, there are still a few days to enter that one.
And speaking of makeover, did you see the "After" post from Susan's mommy makeover? Its here! Part 4 coming soon.
#4. Dreams do come true. I believe!
I am an applicant for the Mission Small Business $250,00 grant. I need 250 votes in the next week, to be fully nominated. This is where I need your help. It is really super easy, the directions are under this graphic and I also made a whole post about it.
