Congratulations! Constanza is the winner of the Liorac Horn Comb! Winners must respond by email (emily -at- emilyhudspeth -dot- com) within 2 days to claim your prize or another winner will be chosen.
Remember this post....
A few weeks back, Liorac sent me these horn combs to try out and review for you. You may remember these photos that I posted on Instagram when I got them.
I have been using and reviewing the larger tooth horn comb, which has been great for detangling wet hair out of the shower. I did take both out of the packaging to take this picture. I only used one and I loved it so much, that I want you to have the other one! So, its giveaway time! Who wants this one? Valued at $34.50.
I wasn't sure what to think of this product. My first thought, being an an animal lover is were the animals harmed? The horns to do not come from wild animals, so no poaching here! Why would you use a horn anyway? Well, the horns are made from keratin, the same thing our hair is made of! The comb glides easily thru your hair and closes the cuticle so the result is less damage and shinier hair. I'll take that! The company claims that the combs are great for reducing static electricity. I did not test this, since I only get static in the cooler winter months and it is approximately 10,000 degrees here right now.
How do you take care of it? Avoid contact with detergents and don't keep in the shower. If you need to clean it, use mild soap and lay flat to dry. You can oil the comb (using sweet almond oil) a couple of times a year with a cotton pad.
Want to know more? They have a great FAQ page on their site. Do you want me to give you one? Fill out this form. There are 8 chances to win!
Do you like giveaways? There is still a little bit of time to enter to win this Smashbox palette.
